Fresh, plump shrimp and ground pork, wrapped in thin and delicate wonton skins, served with egg noodles in a light broth flavored with soy sauce. The soup is then topped with finely chopped green onion and pickled mustard root, enhancing not only  the flavor, but also adding to the presentation.
